 10-8-6-4-2

Overhead Squats (95/65)

Burpees

Then

Teams of 2:

 20 KB Snatches right arm

20 KB Snatches left arm

20 KB Snatches right arm

20 KB Snatches left arm

Teammate 1 does 10 OHS then 10 Burpees switch teammate 2 does 10 OHS then 10 Burpees. Then teammate 1 does 8 and 8 and switch. All the way to 2/2! Same concept on the KB workout. One partner does  20 on the right then switch.

ATTENTION DEN CREW!!!!  There will be NO SATURDAY CLASS this weekend, we are very saddened by this.  But let your friends and buddies know if they are planning on showing up!  Thanks guys!
