Okay guys I thought long and hard about this and I measured out the running route for this one!!  We are going to start in our normal start point but instead of running toward our 400m mark we are going to head the other direction.  Run out to Chevy Way turn right on Biddle then run all the way to Applebee’s and turn around and run the same route back to the gym.  Once you get to Chevy way turn left and run all the way back to the gym.  Hopefully that clears up any questions we might have.  Looking forward to seeing you all in your running shoes.  Remember we can modify to a 1 mile run or a 2 mile run as well.  Good luck… much LOVE!!
