Trust me this is the WOD for tomorrow:)!! Let’s go heavy and get a little uncomfortable with the weight on our back. Its okay to fail during one of these sets. Get your mind focused, get set, get tight and organized, send the hips back and drive knees out. Stay back in your heels and keep your lumbar curve maintained.
