Den Crea!!  Great job this week way to step it up and push through some tough WODs.  Most of you guys have heard about the Oregon Games in Bend this weekend. We will have about 10-12 athlets from the gym competing in the weekend Crossfit competition.  If your not doing anything and would like to cruise up for the day to cheer and support your Den athletes would really mean a great deal to them.
