In 6 mins run 800m with the remaining time perform as many
Overhead Squats as possible.

Rest 3 mins

In 4 mins run 400m with the remaining time perform as many
Overhead Squats as possible.

Rest 2 mins

In 2 mins run 200m with the remaining time perform as many
Overhead Squats as possible.

Score is total number of overhead squats!!
